Silver Lake Michigan

Project Details:

Complete construction of a NEW 3,000 square foot seasonal restaurant in the tourist town of Silver Lake Michigan. In conjunction with Jeff Harwood of W. L. Perry Viersen Construction acted as General Contractor of this New Construct for our client. Demolition of the existing structure and working with the Township to ensure all codes and requirements were met. Restaurant scheduled to Open April 2022.

Project Details:

Viersen Construction had the responsibility of the 10,000 square foot addition to the Crossings Retail Center at Kalamazoo and M6. Viersen Construction also did the leasehold improvements for:”Top This” which was BLOOP at the time. Starbucks as a national tenant and Midnight Sun a Local franchisee were major tenants.
